Self check-in

Please note that there is no traditional reception desk or in-person check-in process. Once your reservation has been fully paid, your check-in instructions will be sent remotely on the day of arrival, approximately one to two hours before the designated check-in time.

Your check-in information will include:

• The access code for the hotel’s main entrance
• The access code for your individual room
• Instructions for locating and entering your accommodation
• Important property information and guidelines

A key card will also be provided inside your room. This card gives you convenient access to the relevant doors and shared areas throughout the property during your stay.

Our automated system allows guests to arrive and check in independently without waiting at a reception desk. For this reason, guests should carefully review all check-in instructions before arriving and ensure that the correct telephone number and email address are attached to the reservation.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is not included. Housekeeping service is available only for stays of three nights or longer and will be arranged according to the property’s housekeeping schedule.

For shorter stays, the room is professionally cleaned and prepared before arrival, but there will be no housekeeping service during the reservation. Additional towels, toiletries or other essential items may be requested, subject to availability.

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that The Hive Boutique Hotel operates as a fully automated, self check-in property without a traditional reception desk.
