Your stay and payment
Choose a hotel room in Scarborough or a Crown Point townhouse on Pigeon Point Road. The selected listing shows the accommodation, amenities, guest capacity and stay requirements. Townhouse numbers 101–103 are separate from hotel room numbers.
Merchant establishment: The Hive Boutique Hotel, 28 Janis Solomon Building, Orange Hill Road, Scarborough, Tobago. This address identifies the hotel and merchant establishment; Crown Point townhouse stays take place on Pigeon Point Road.
Card checkout charges the selected stay in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD). Hotel birthday packages include their advertised night; additional nights use the hotel room’s nightly rate. These packages do not apply to Crown Point townhouses. Cars, tours, spa and other unpriced requests are enquiries, arranged separately with the property; the card payment covers accommodation only unless the reviewed quote expressly includes a priced package. WhatsApp enquiries do not reserve nights.
Cancellation and refunds
These hotel cancellation rules apply to direct bookings for Scarborough hotel rooms 101–110. Hotel check-in is after 3 PM and checkout is before noon. Cancellation deadlines use 3 PM on the check-in date, in Tobago local time. For Crown Point townhouses, read the townhouse cancellation and refund rules.
For hotel stays of 1–27 nights, cancel within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund if the reservation was confirmed at least seven days before check-in.
Hotel rooms 101–107 and 109 · Flexible
For stays of 1–27 nights, cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. After that deadline, accommodation charges cover nights already used and one additional reserved night; the remaining accommodation charge is refunded.
Hotel room 108 · Moderate
For stays of 1–27 nights, cancel at least five days before check-in for a full refund. After that deadline, accommodation charges cover nights already used, one additional reserved night, and half of the unused nights remaining after that additional night. The other half of those remaining nights is refunded.
Hotel room 110 · Limited
For stays of 1–27 nights, cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. From seven to fewer than 14 days before check-in, half the accommodation charge is refunded. Fewer than seven days before check-in, the accommodation charge is retained. The 24-hour cancellation period described above still applies when eligible.
All hotel rooms · Firm Long Term
For stays of 28 nights or more, cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Later cancellation charges cover nights already used and up to 30 further reserved nights. If fewer than 30 reserved nights remain, all remaining nights are charged. Any accommodation charge beyond those charged nights is refunded.
Where applicable taxes were charged, full refunds include those taxes. Late Flexible and Moderate cancellations include pro-rated tax refunds. For Limited cancellations from seven to fewer than 14 days before check-in, taxes are refunded in full; fewer than seven days before check-in, tax refunds are pro-rated. For later long-stay cancellations, taxes are refunded in full when at least 30 reserved nights remain; with fewer than 30 remaining, the tax refund is pro-rated.
Contact 746-HIVE (+1 868 746 4483) with your booking reference to request cancellation or report a missed arrival. Staff handle cancellations. Cancelling dates in the Calendar does not automatically refund a card payment.

Birthday package cancellation and refunds
The selected hotel room’s cancellation rules above apply to the full birthday package price, including the room, birthday décor, massage and brunch box. Included extras follow the same refund eligibility as the stay. Additional nights follow the same selected room rules. The cancellation schedule and total are shown before payment.

Stay packages with separately arranged extras
For Stay + car, Stay + tour, Longer escape and other unpriced requests, online card payment covers the accommodation charge shown in the quote. Car hire, tours and other requested extras are not paid or confirmed by that payment. The Hive will confirm their availability and separate prices. The selected room’s cancellation rules apply to the accommodation charge.
Arrival and service fulfilment
The Scarborough hotel operates self check-in without a traditional reception desk. For hotel rooms, after payment, arrival instructions are sent remotely on the day of arrival, approximately one to two hours before the designated check-in time. For Crown Point townhouses, check the arrival times on your selected townhouse listing and confirm arrival arrangements with 746-HIVE. Keep your phone and email details correct.
Accommodation is provided at the selected property in Tobago; no physical goods are shipped or exported through this booking checkout.
Guest privacy
The booking form collects your name, email, phone, ID type and number, stay details and requests so the property can identify guests, manage reservations, arrange self check-in and resolve payment queries. Please do not enter payment card details in booking notes or send an ID photo through this website.
Guest booking details are available to authenticated staff. Public calendar feeds show reserved dates without guest names, contact details or ID numbers. Payment and booking references are retained with the reservation for reconciliation. Contact 746-HIVE about your information or to correct a booking.
Payment security
Payment card details are entered with the hosted payment provider over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Hive’s booking form does not collect card numbers or security codes. The booking system records the amount, payment reference and payment result.
If checkout is interrupted or your bank shows a charge without a confirmed booking, contact 746-HIVE before trying another payment.
